Overview

About the PUDU T600 range

The T600 series is PUDU's heavy-payload industrial delivery line. Both models carry up to 600 kg per trip, so fewer runs are needed to move the same amount of material. The standard T600 is a tall unit with a built-in touchscreen, handlebar and quick-access buttons, which suits sites where staff interact with the robot during the day. The Underride is only 255 mm high and drives under racks to lift and carry them. Both run for about 12 hours without a load and charge to 90% in two hours. Fleet features include a narrow-aisle traffic strategy, elevator scheduling for multi-floor sites, a disaster avoidance mode that reacts to fire alarm signals, and support for the VDA5050 fleet standard.

Where it earns its keep

Heavy internal transport

Move bulk materials, heavy bins or loaded carts between goods-in, storage and dispatch. A larger load per trip cuts the number of runs on long routes.

Rack moving with the Underride

The low Underride slides under a rack, lifts it and carries it to a picking or packing station, so staff walk less.

Multi-floor sites

Elevator scheduling lets the robot call free lifts and carry loads between floors with less waiting.
