PUDU GT3
Compact commercial robot mower that cuts, collects and sweeps, for pitches, campuses and paths
The PUDU GT3 is a 36-inch autonomous mower that cuts the grass, vacuums up the clippings and leaves, and empties itself. Switch the blades off and it sweeps paths and car parks, so it works twelve months of the year. Overview
About the PUDU GT3
The GT3 is the smallest of PUDU's three commercial mowers and the one that fits most Irish sites. It cuts a 914 mm path at up to 1.2 acres an hour and collects as it goes, so there is no second pass to clear clippings or autumn leaves. When the 60-litre box is full it drives to the dump point, empties, and returns to the exact spot it left. Navigation combines RTK positioning to 2.5 cm with 3D LiDAR and cameras, so there is no boundary wire to bury: the machine maps a site in one lap and you edit zones and no-go areas in the app. It moves itself between pitches along mapped routes, slows or stops for people and vehicles, and runs four to six hours on a charge. The all-metal chassis is rated IP66. At 450 kg it travels in a van on ramps, which makes it the easiest of the three to demo on your own site. We are taking expressions of interest from Irish clubs, campuses and councils now.
Key features
Ideal for
Good to know
- •A charge point on site: 3 kW standard (4 h) or optional 6 kW fast charger (2 h)
- •Open sky for RTK positioning; heavy tree canopy reduces accuracy
- •Maintained turf and hard paths, slopes up to 20°
- •A dump point for clippings within the mapped area
Where it earns its keep
A club with two or three pitches
Map each pitch once. The GT3 mows and collects on a schedule, moves itself between pitches, and the groundsperson gets their weekends back.
A business park all year
Mow the lawns from March to October, then switch the blades off and sweep the paths and car parks through the leaf season and winter.
A school or university campus
Run it early morning or evening when the grounds are empty. It stops for anyone who walks into its path and keeps a record of every task.
